Admission Information

Application for admission into a provincially regulated long-term care home can only be made through Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).

Admissions are coordinated through Ontario Health at Home, the Hamilton-Niagara-Haldimand-Brant (HNHB) Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS).
